Engineering
Rennselaer
Polytechnic Institute, 1996
Jesper (pronounced YES’ per) is the
most senior engineer at Factory Five having joined the company right
out of college in 1996. He is responsible for all development and
engineering projects.
He has worked on
all facets of our company, primarily focusing on production and
engineering. In school he managed the automotive shop at Rennselaer,
and worked on a Baja race car team. |

The
Ingerslev family: Jen and baby Landen, daughter Kurstie and Jesper |
Recently, Jesper
and his wife Jen gave birth to a new baby boy who we expect to grow
up to be just like his old man – a “no holds barred” straight
shooter with Popeye forearms and an eye for engineering detail. |
| |
|
Vital
Statistics:
Jesper has an
impressive resume of racing wins, including the 1998 NE Replica
Champion. He has built a twin turbo FFR Roadster and a similarly
powered Coupe (both based on his own 150,000 mile Mustang) and
currently drives a 4.6 DOHC powered Mk3 Roadster. His Mk3 was
recently described by a Car & Driver Magazine editor as “the finest
Cobra I’ve ever driven”. |

Mike
(back row, right) with ‘07 Carlisle crew |
Sincere about
helping others build their cars, Mike is an excellent hands-on
engineer and is able to convey his knowledge to inquisitive
customers.
Mike is also the
company ladies man. What he lacks in looks he makes up for in
effort, and seems to always be dating the most beautiful women in
Boston. |
| |
|
Vital
Statistics:
Mike endures
endless ridicule and cruelty at the hands of the FFR staff for his
longtime dedication to his 1984 Chevy pick-up restoration project
that has lasted longer than the average lifespan of an 80’s vintage
GM vehicle. |
