Passing through the office

Part “Office Space”, part Command Center

While this is the nerve center of the company, we won’t be spending too much time with the office crew during this visit.  There are always more projects than we have time and manpower to complete here, so we’ll let the office folks keep working.

One of the great things about Factory Five is the community within the organization.  Everyone works together to take care of our customers, regardless what that might entail.

For example, every morning, the entire office crew stuffs envelopes for the daily Info Pack mailing.  We mail out an Informational Package (which includes a brochure, some article reprints and a DVD) to everyone who requests one, and rather than delegate that to the lowest person, everyone helps out (you might even get one packed personally by Dave or Mark).

We send these packages out all over the world and at a rate of more than 500 per week, there are a lot of excited automotive enthusiasts receiving a gift from Factory Five everyday.  (Note, if you have not yet received an FFR Information Package, what are you waiting for?  They’re free, and provide hours of enjoyment – and fun for the whole family).

The office crew gets right to making info packs in the morning.
