Randy put together a slide show for a number of reasons.  His post on the forum summarizes it best:

 

Hi all,

I did this for those that are on the fence, for those that are building now, and to remind myself what a great time it was.

There's a reason that we build these things. Each of our reasons are different than others but all of them are personal.

I built mine because I've always wanted one and refused to think I couldn't do it.
