Description:  Technical Support & Customer Service

·          Provide technical support to customers before, during, and after their build over the phone or through email

·          Assist customers in sales and information requests

·          Conduct plant tours and speak with customers one on one in our showroom

·          Potentially represent Factory Five Racing at shows and events that we attend

Requirements:

·          Extensive knowledge of automotive components and their function

·          Strong background of hands-on experience in auto repair, troubleshooting and building – experience with Ford Mustang is preferred

·          Enthusiasm and interest in the auto industry with a positive outlook and love of helping others

·          Pleasant disposition in phone conversations and proficiency in Microsoft Office software

·          Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and occasionally from 8:00 AM to noon on Saturday.
