New Factory Five Engineering Intern Eric Jacobs and his dark blue FFR roadster

Eric Jacobs began work this summer as our most recent summer intern. Eric is a Junior at Union College in Schenectady New York where he is studying mechanical engineering. Eric will begin his senior year in the fall and graduate 2005. Eric is the latest ME intern and continues the FFR tradition of sponsoring tomorrow’s engineers. Previous interns include FFR customer Kyle Dekkard and Aaron Silidiker.

Eric’s car is FFR2897. It sports a 368 rwhp supercharged 302 fed by a Holley blower. The car has 6 piston binders by Wilwood with cross-drilled rotors and rides on 275/17 fronts and 315/17 rears mounted to 2003 SVT Cobra rims.

Eric is helping prep the FFR challenge cars for the race this weekend in Atlanta at Road Atlanta. You may get a chance to speak to Eric on Tech support or for engineering. If you do, wish him well as he works thru the summer at the Factory.
