Since 1995 we have raced and driven every type of V-8 engine imaginable… from used Mustang engines to brand new custom built $15,000 performance engines in our factory race cars and employee owned street cars. Over the years we have also found that engine selection can be either an expensive and frustrating experience, or a really fun one.

We’ve put this section together to help you have FUN and pick a great engine for your project. We also wanted to help you avoid some of the costly mistakes (ones that we have made ourselves despite the best information and good knowledge) that seem to accompany the black magic world of engine builders and performance.
