Roush-FFR Project Coupe |

|
Unveiling this morning at the
National SEMA car show and the Nov 8, 2003 Factory Five Nationals is the
stunning Roush-Factory Five Coupe. This car was built by the
engineers at FFR with performance parts supplied by the crew from Roush
Performance. |

You may recall that FFR president
Dave Smith (along with a crew of FFR engineers and drivers) traveled to
Michigan at the end of the summer to participate in the Roush Round-up
event (check out the
report from that weekend). At that event, we met and raced
with the guys from Roush. We had previously been working on some
racing engine configurations that we could provide to our customers in
lieu of using donor engines/parts.
After seeing the Coupe in action, the Roush
guys thought it would be a great way to showcase their performance parts
that they are currently marketing to hot rod, race car, and custom car
builders.
The goal of the Roush/FFR project Coupe is to
showcase these Roush performance parts that are so easily installed in a
modern replica and to build the Ultimate FFR Type 65. |

The Roush parts on the car include
the following. There are many more parts that CAN be used on
either FFR Coupes, Roadsters, or Spyders, but these are the parts we
selected for this Project Coupe... |
