| We are pleased to
announce that FFR customer and race car builder Art Totten has assumed
the responsibilities for developing new NASA regions for the FFR Spec
Racer. Art will be dealing with NASA directors from all regions to
launch new regions.
Currently, the FFR-NASA challenge series is running in two regions, the Mid-Atlantic region and the Nor Cal region. Under Art's leadership, FFR is sponsoring at least three new NASA regions. |

| We hope to see the south-central, mountain, and northeast regions up and running with cars in all regions and race dates scheduled for 2003 season. | ||
