| Deposits and Orders |
| As our latest product, we are putting in place some new policies and terms that pertain only to the GTM. We are doing this to ensure things go smoothly from the ordering process thru to shipping and customer builds. As a small company, deposits and orders drive our production plans. Deposits placed on the GTM must accept the following terms and conditions. |

Deposits Deposits for GTM kits may be placed at the time of the order. Please complete the following GTM order form and submit it to us here at Factory Five Racing. You can also place your order in person, by phone, by mail, or you can fax it to us here at 508-291-3883. Deposits are $2,000 and while ALL FFR deposits over the years have been 100% refundable, we will apply a $245 cancellation fee on GTM orders. GTM kits may be returned with a re-stocking fee of 10% the price of the kit, terms are FOB Wareham, MA. |

Ship Dates Once we receive your order we will assign a production date. Dates and sequence will be in the order that the deposits are received with preference to existing customers and will be communicated in writing with order confirmation. This production date will be our best estimate and is subject to change. Customers must agree to any production date/schedule changes by Factory Five Racing, for any reason. |

Changes in Design and Engineering Customers must agree to accept configuration changes that are deemed necessary and appropriate by Factory Five Racing, Inc. |
