Mark III Production Updates May 2004 |
Update: May 2004 Right now we are manufacturing two distinct versions of the famous FFR roadster. As we said in our previous “What’s New Post” (MkIII news) the new FFR Mk III roadster is in limited (as of May 1) production. We can only build about 3-5 kits per week, thus there are still production dates available for the MkII roadster. |
Originally we forecast that we would have all tooling on line by May at the latest. Despite the best planning we have had some of the new molds delayed and so will not completely changeover production to MkIII units until the end of June or early July. The MkIII’s that are being delivered right now are identified easily by their black gel coated bodies (among other differences). We have extended the Mk II discount ($1,200 off in parts/options), based on customer demand, through August 17, to give everyone a chance to take advantage of this great deal. After that date, we will only sell the newer version Mark III's. A complete list of the Mk III upgrades will follow the changeover. |

If you have any specific questions please give us a call and we’ll do our best to describe things as accurately as possible. Our crew is working hard to service both MkII and MkIII production and ensure as smooth a transition as possible. The Final Edition MkII’s then will most likely be gone by the end of June to mid July. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 508-291-3443. Thanks!
