Spyder GT Production to Halt Effective October 15, 2006, Factory Five will no longer accept new orders for the FFR Spyder |

The success of the GTM has stretched the capabilities of our production facilities, and we simply do not have enough room to ramp up production to meet demand. We’ve had to make the difficult decision to cut production in other areas. For that reason, we are suspending production of the Spyder GT kit in mid-October. While we love the Spyder kit the truth is it remains our lowest selling chassis kit and probably for that reason alone it faces an uncertain future. (As does our Spyder GT demo car.) |

We will happily accept any new orders for this kit for a few more weeks, but any new kit orders must be shipped before the end of the year. We currently plan to re-introduce the FFR Spyder once adequate production capacity is available to do so properly. Replacement parts are of course available to any customer. |
