Open House is Huge Success Over 140 FFROGs make the trek back home for the biggest event ever |

Unbelievable is one way to describe it. Tremendous, outstanding, are other ways. The bottom line is that this was an incredible success. The show was jam-packed with activities and there was literally something for everyone. |

Some of the activities included: - Scratch & Dent sale that was unparalleled - Moonwalk for the kids (and those that are kids at heart) - a Factory Tour led by Mr. Excitement Dave Smith himself - a chassis Dynomometer shootout unmatched in years past - a burnout display by the Burnout King, FFR’s Nate Johnson - a customer-judged Car Show - and the first ever Plymouth Cruise which saw 100+ cars heading to the historic Plymouth waterfront |

It’s hard to believe that we could cram all that into one morning, but those that attended to the events greatness. The Best of the Best car show winners were: Long Distance Champion John Kerekes who drove out from Tucson for the event (2800+ miles) High Mileage Award winner Paul Sousa with 56, 600+ miles on his odometer Chick Carter triumphantly brought the Best Chrome Award The highly competitive Most Innovative Improvement Award was snagged by Bob Peckham in a tight match The car with the Best Paint was owned by Bill Beardsley |

The Best Engine in a field of phenomena; engines was awarded to Dave Sheehan The Best Interior was given to John Stoukides Also a tight race, Jonny Vasques walked away with the Best Roadster Award Pat McMahon drove his racer down to capture the Best Challenge Car Award The Best Coupe in the field was George Grant’s, he has become familiar with trips to the podium Cliff Landry also stunned the crowd with his yellow Spyder, and took home the Best Spyder Award |

The Best GTM Award was owned from the opening bell by Henry Renaud And for the first time in judging history, each judge nominated Claudio Spada’s roadster as the Best in Show-Overall |
