The Great Western Round-up! Join West Coast FFR Fanatics for a Week of Fun |
Last year the FFR Nationals, held in Las Vegas, was a great success. Much of that was due to the huge efforts of FFR customers (FFROGs) who contributed their time and energy to make the event fun and exciting. This year the 2004 Nationals are being held on the other side of the country in Virginia at the historic Virginia International Raceway 2004 Nationals story. |
One Western fanatic has headed up a group of FFR customers to keep the spirit of the 03 Nationals alive out west. FFR customer Chuck Robertson is spearheading an exciting new event that promises to be huge fun and deliver track time for the novice and street drivers. |

The event is called the “Great Western Round-up” and is scheduled for the week of November 1-7th in Las Vegas. Actually the event starts in California at Willow Springs Raceway on the weekend before that (October 30-31), and then moves over to Vegas for the SEMA show and for the big gala weekend event on the 6th at Las Vegas Motorspeedway. The Saturday includes a car show, track time on the excellent LVMS outdoor roadcourse, and an awards dinner on Saturday evening. The FFR crew will be there to display their wares, including the stunning GTM-200 Supercar that will be fresh from the SEMA show. Also FFR’s Dave Smith is scheduled to speak (for all of those who have chronic sleeping problems) along with some yet-to-be-announced VIP car guys at the Saturday evening dinner. The event looks to be good fun for FFR guys and their significant others… Chuck is a great guy and there are tons of customers helping to organize this event into something special.
