Join us for a New Hampshire Seacoast Cruise and New England Dragway Racing!

Join the FFR crew and local New England customers for an evening seacoast cruise and Drag Racing at Epping!

FFR mainstay Rick LaCourse will be there!  Wheel stands are optional (although resident wheelie man Brian Dinsmore says he’ll be there for the drags).

We’ve rented the track at Epping, New Hampshire’s Dragway for an afternoon of performance testing on Wednesday August 3, 2005.  Since we’ve already paid for the track, we figured we’d invite FFR customers to join us.  As long as we have to drive up north for drag racing, we figured it would be fun to accept Gary Cheney’s never-ending invite on his regular Tuesday PM dinner cruise night the night before.

Here’s the plan…

Tuesday 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Meet up at FFR customer Gary Cheney’s house in North Hampton, NH between 5-6 PM on Tuesday evening.  At 6:00 PM we’ll head out on a 45 minute seacoast cruise up to Muddy River Smokehouse in Elliot, Maine for BBQ dinner (everyone pays their own tab).  Cruise is open to FFR cars (other makes are welcome, but FFR only at the drags the next day please).  To attend the cruise contact Gary Cheney via email at Fact5racer@aol.com  you can also call him at 603-765-7167.

Gary’s address is 235 Post Road in N. Hampton, NH.  Mapquest or call/email Gary for directions.  FFR crew attending the cruise will be Dave Smith, Nate Johnson, Jesper Ingerslev, and Mark Weber.

Wednesday 1:45 PM to 5:00 PM

Drag Racing is open to FFR cars/customers only.  The spaces are limited to 30 entries, so if you’re interested in running your car on a ¼ mile track, call FFR’s Mark Weber to reserve a spot soon.  When there are 30 cars total we will not allow other cars to register so do not sign up if you will not be there.  There is no cost and all liability waivers will be signed at the track.  Head-to-head racing will not be allowed as this is a test session only, however timeslips will be printed and bragging rights assured.

Note:  We will open the track at 2:00 PM for FFR customers and we will run until 5:00 PM.  The gates will not open until 1:45 PM.

Anyone who runs their car must sign a safety/liability waiver with the track.  Equipment requirements include, helmet, firesuit (or leather jacket/long pants), Harnesses and arm-restraints.  Vehicles will be tech inspected at the track by NE Dragway.

Call Mark Weber at FFR to reserve your spot at

508-291-3443.

We hope to see you there!
