Dear Fellow Car Enthusiast,

I am writing this letter to you to let you know about an important public hearing that will be taking place at the Massachusetts State House on Thursday October 27 at 11:00 am.  This meeting, being held by the Joint Transportation Committee will greatly affect the future of our shared hobby in this State.

Please join us and other car guys and enthusiasts at this vital hearing.  Speakers will include Factory Five President Dave Smith and FFR customer (and Malden native) Joe Leone.  The more people who attend the hearing the better the chance of success.

What can you do:

1.      Attend the hearing with us on Thursday October 27th at 11:00 am, at the Massachusetts State House Room A-1.

2.      Whether or not you are attending, we need EVERYONE to forward a letter or email to the committee members voicing your support of this legislation.  A sample letter is attached along with the names and emails/phone numbers of the committee members.

Attached is a full description of the Bill and the hearing, as well as people to contact to voice your support.  If you’ve ever complained about the Massachusetts registry or if you’ve been concerned about the way custom cars are registered in our State, this is the time to act and put our democracy to work for us!

Thanks for taking the time to read this and we look forward to your support in this important work.

Dave Smith
