URGENT LEGISLATIVE ALERT (LAST CHANCE)

Pro-Hobbyist Massachusetts Street Rod and Custom Vehicle Bill:
Rep. Robert Deleo Needs to Hear From YOU!!!

SEMA model legislation (H.B. 2212) to create a vehicle registration classification for street rods and custom vehicles remains pending in the Massachusetts House Ways and Means Committee.  It will die if no further action is taken.  H.B. 2212 defines a street rod as an altered vehicle manufactured before 1949 and a custom as an altered vehicle at least 25 years old and manufactured after 1948.  The bill allows kit cars and replica vehicles to be assigned a certificate of title bearing the same model year designation as the production vehicle they most closely resemble.  With only a few days left in the legislative session, Ways and Means Committee Chairman Rep. Robert Deleo needs to hear from you right now!
