Year End Inventory Elimination
 

 

We have several kits in our warehouse that are in stock and available at a significant discount.  They are listed here by serial number with corresponding notes and a brief description with price. 

Background:  The process of changing over our production to the new Mk3 roadster kits was completed months ago.  In the middle of this transition, some kits were produced that were never shipped.  Other kits (all of them previous Mk2 chassis kits) were either delayed, cancelled or not picked up by customers (some customers changed their orders to the new Mk3s).  Also a handful of these kits were subject to Canadian rules changes that caused us to build new replacement kits and we are left with the original kits still undelivered and in stock form.

The end of the year is fast approaching and we need to sell these kits and get them off our books.  Because of the huge discounts offered on these kits there are some extraordinary terms that we have to keep to (see terms below).

Terms for inventory reduction kits: 
 
  1. All orders are first-come first-served.
  2. To reserve a kit on this list you must have a deposit placed within three business days.
  3. Deposits are not refundable (some of these kits were cancelled and the deposits were refunded to the original customer).
  4. Full and final payment must be received within ten days of initial order.  If payment is not received in ten days, order will be posted as available on this list.
  5. Customers who have an outstanding balance or who have previously cancelled orders with FFR are not eligible.
  6. Customers may order additional options for any of these kits but cannot change the base configuration (we will not strip a painted frame and powder coat it while we add options to any order).
  7. Kits are sold in as-is condition and all sales are final.
  8. Customer must pick up/or ship kit before January 15, 2005.
