Locally Brewed Ipswich Ale Earns Our Thumbs Up

One of the cool things about running your own company is that you can do things like naming an official beer.

Factory Five customer Rob Martin owns a local brewery that makes Ipswich Ale and when he bought his kit, he gave us a case (this is a good idea even if you don’t own a brewery). We loved it and decided to name it the Official Beer of Factory Five Racing.

Rob is building a Mk4 Roadster and is a really interesting guy whose background includes a mechanical engineering degree from Rennselaer Polytech (FFR’s Jesper and Jim are also RPI grads).

In order to have some fun this holiday season, we are posting a “Name That Caption” contest on the Factory Five Facebook page and FFCars.com wherein the winner will receive a free case of delicious Ipswich Ale.

We can’t ship this so you have to pick it up at Factory Five and you have to be at least 21 years old.
