Daniel and Lauren Hobein of Marshall, North Carolina purchased their Factory Five Type 65 Coupe last year with great motivation to get the project finished on their own. Fewer than 13 months later, their coupe was finished, street legal, and Dan was able to hit the road! |

They were not messing around when it came to their build, and everything was completed in house, except the setting of the windshield. In less than 13 months they completed the entire car together, including powder coating and paint, which Lauren jokes that Dan still gets queasy at the site of sandpaper! Their excitement about the build and their finished car was inspiring and we would like to recognize another job well done by our customers. |
| Dan and Lauren were nice enough to send us one of their walnut memory boxes with the Factory Five Racing logo imprinted on the top, and it adds a nice touch to our showroom trophy case. We would like to give quick thanks for the thoughtful gesture and wish Dan and Lauren many happy adventures in their Factory Five Type 65 Coupe! |
