FFROG picks up Coupe after 3100 mile trek

Sometimes we long for the old days when virtually everyone made the journey to Wareham to pick up their kits.  These days an average of 15 kits is flying out the back door on a weekly basis, most of them getting loaded onto one of Stewart Transport’s trucks.
 

 
Mike Huizenga (Lynden, WA), on the other hand, wanted to get his kit the old fashioned way, so he convinced one of his buddies to go on a road trip to the other coast.


Four and a half days later, and 3,173 miles clicked past, here they were, arriving bright and early for their scheduled Coupe pick-up.
 

 
His new baby safely tucked into his enclosed trailer, Mike was itching to start the return journey back home and to start building his Factory Five.
