| Another First for the Weavers | |
| Kristen and Peter Weaver are two of out most enthusiastic customers with a passion for adventure. A little over a year ago, they tied the knot and, and set up the first Factory Five wedding registry. Shortly after they started their life together they began building their Roadster. They both admit that Peter sees more wrench time than Kristen, but that will change when it comes time for the upholstery. Her moral support and encouragement help Peter through the more difficult parts of the build. | |

In April, they were ready for wiring, and then in August Peter installed the headers. By now they were almost ready to start it up for the first time but they couldn’t just turn the key and not share that moment with anyone. In true Weaver style, they hosted a BBQ Build Party the last week of August where Kristen barbecued for everyone. While feasting, the dozen or so guys that showed up helped tweak the final touches and then they all brought the kit to life. Since the first start up Peter says the skeleton of a car that sat in his garage has transformed, and it was a fun ride getting to this point. |
