Factory Five Steals the Show

Mk3 gets all the attention at debut of Midnight Club Los Angeles

At the press release and debut of the new video game Midnight Club Los Angeles, a Factory Five Mk3 stole all the attention!

Factory Five customer Kouros Moghaddam, works for Rockstar Games as a Lead Artist and for three years he has been developing a street racing video game called Midnight Club Los Angeles.  The game’s press day was held at Willow Springs Raceway in Rosamond, CA where an array of cars featured in the game gathered with reporters, professional drivers, and the games designers for a day at the track.  The list of cars included an Audi R-8, 2-door Coupe, two Saleens one with a Dark Horse 302 Supercharged, and the other was a S281 Aftermarket Promo car.  Completing the impressive lineup was a Z06 Corvette, a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyper, and a CarCraft Mustang.

Kouros brought his Factory Five Mk3 to the event to try and score some free track time.  Not only did he get track time, but he got to battle some of the other cars and left quite an impression on the reporters and bystanders that watched him tear up the track.  Korus said he gave the Audi R8 a run for its money with a pro driver behind the wheel, and the Saleens were no match to his Mk3 loaded with a 392 Ford crate motor.  The car ran all day with no problems, except for when Korus almost ran out of gas. The professional drivers were intrigued by the Mk3’s performance on the track.

Not wanting to let go of any free track time, Kouros, gave up the chance to drive the Lamborghini and the Audi, to instead drive his own car around the track and even gave a couple of rides to curious onlookers.  Though the Mk3 was the only car present not featured in the video game, it was the one getting the most attention and leaving people wanting more!
