Our recent winter sale was a really good one. We offered a ton of value and cash discounts to FFR customers on every kit we make. The results were tremendous. We sold a ton of kits at a time when most auto makers have seen their sales drop.
Looking forward, I have to say the old adage “if it ain't broke, don’t fix it” applies here. In this economy, companies like ours have succeeded where others have failed because we do things better, work harder and deliver value. With that in mind I gathered the crew together and asked them what we can do to keep bucking the trend. I challenged the group to think creatively and come up with ways, not just to offer discounts, but to deliver the parts people really want. |
