Tech Update GTM Fuel Tank Bulkhead Fittings
Although we tested several Corvette fuel tanks when designing the fuel tank cross over hose, it was brought to our attention that some tanks are thinner (approximately ¼” thick) than the few we tested, which were about ½” thick.
The fittings we supplied with the crossover kits were not fully threaded and have a shoulder that prevents those of you with the thinner tanks from fully tightening the bulkhead in place. We re-designed the fitting and it is now fully threaded, so if you have the thinner tanks, call us at (508) 291-3443 and we will ship you the new fittings.
