| You may recall that we (Factory Five Racing) have been engaged in litigation with Carroll Shelby over the shape of the Factory Five Type 65 Coupe. Good news here. On February 16, 2010, United States District Court Judge Patti B. Saris dismissed all claims by Carroll Shelby against Factory Five Racing related to trade dress rights of Factory Five's Type 65 Coupe. Click to download official ruling (PDF document).
