Meet the First 30th Anniversary Carbon Fiber Coupe Owners – Damon, Adam, and Alex K.

Damon, along with his sons Adam and Alex K., recently picked up the first production-ready carbon fiber Coupe body! It wasn’t too long ago that they were picking up their 30th Anniversary Coupe build! In just a few months, he and his sons got the project rolling. Now they’re swapping out the original body for the new full carbon fiber body!

Under the hood is a Gen 4 Coyote engine paired with a T-56 transmission. Damon’s also in the process of installing a custom Apple CarPlay stereo system to complete the interior setup. He will be coating his body in a House of Kolor carbon fiber dye.

Damon is officially the FIRST customer to install our full carbon fiber Coupe body and will be coating the carbon body in House of Kolor Blue carbon fiber dye. Congratulations to Damon, Adam, and Alex on their top-tier anniversary build!

Paul H. and his Mk4 Earn 2nd Place at Spokane Speed!

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges. Mk4 Customers Chris and Wendy D. Visit Factory Five

It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine. Westley B. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Westley installed a Scott Shafiroff 427ci small block Ford in his Type 65 Coupe along with options like hydraulic clutch, IRS, power steering, GPS vintage gauges, low back race vintage race seats, powder coated frame, Wilwood brakes, wipers, A/C-heater, side windows, front and rear sway bars, floormats, seat track, and polished side view mirror.
