I am excited to tell you about a first for Factory Five. In recognition of our 15 Year Anniversary, the team and I have drawn up plans to manufacture 15 limited edition Mk4 Roadsters. These cars are truly one of a kind and the guys have put together a combination of performance parts and trim items that will make each of these 15 cars distinctive and exclusive.
Each car will be serialized and available on a first come, first served basis, complete with over $8,000 of special anniversary edition parts and options. Here is what comes with each 15 Year Anniversary car:
•Custom silver metallic powder coated frame
The welding crew is prepping each frame special for this silver metallic custom powder coating. This powder coating is exclusive to the Anniversary cars. (Value: $749)
•Custom Moser 8.8″ rear end with engraved anniversary edition aluminum differential cover
Powder coated to match the frame, the Moser rear end comes with an engraved 15 Year Anniversary aluminum differential cover. Gears and 3-link mount brackets are the same as our standard Moser rear end. Delivered with kit, free shipping. (Value: $1,999)
•High-end Koni 3012 double-adjustable aluminum body coil-over shocks, set of four
We wanted the anniversary cars to out-handle any Roadsters out there, so we’ve included (for the first time) Koni’s high-end double-adjustable shocks. The cost for each shock is $499 and they are manufactured in black aluminum with a threaded body and custom coil-over kit. (Value: $1,996)
•Massive 13″ brakes all around with Cobra style calipers
To compliment the 3-link rear suspension, Moser rear end, and Koni shocks, we’ve added huge 13″ brakes all around. The rear brakes have custom rotors from Alcon Brakes and twin piston PBR calipers up front. (Value: $1,299)
•17″ Halibrand wheels with engraved center section
A perfect match for the anniversary suspension and brakes is our 17″ Halibrand wheels. To make them distinctive, we’ve engraved the center spinners with the 15 year anniversary logo. Delivered with kit, free shipping. (Value: $1,228)
