As soon as the Factory Five big rig was loaded up from the 2016 SEMA Show, Honey Badger pointed it east and headed to Florida to make the 2016 Emerald Coast Cruizin’ the following week. This was our second year at the Panama City, FL cruise. Factory Five’s Tony Zullo and Sally Bean would be at the show with Garry Bopp, Wayne Presley, Dale and Blanda Anthony, Erik Treves, and a host of other customers in a Factory Five dedicated area.
This year’s event began on Thursday and ran through Saturday night with a cruise/parade on Friday night and special car show awards handed out on Saturday. This is a great event for folks who cannot make SEMA to see the cars that we brought to the SEMA Show the previous week.
The Factory Five area included six cars from the factory and ten customer rides.
Factory Five customer Garry Bopp (L), American Hot Rods Jo Coddington (center), and Factory Five customer Perry (right) were on hand to answer questions and Jo was available for autographs throughout the event.
The Cruizin’ attracted over 2,000 cars. Mostly hot rods and customs, and a slew of tri-five Chevys.
Factory Five’s Sally Bean and Jo Coddington were indeed the first ladies of the event!
Factory Five sponsored the event and presented the Show + Shine Award.
Factory Five customer Garry Bopp sent us this great photo at the end of the show.
Live music, three days of custom cars, and perfect weather… the Panama City, FL Emerald Coast Cruizin’ is a great event and one that we hope to keep on our schedule for a while.
