818C Build Featured on Snap-On’s "From the Ground Up"

Jarod and the crew from Snap-on Tools came by Factory Five recently to build an 818C! Check out part 1 of the build featured on their show “From the Ground Up.”

Snap-On is a great partner of Factory Fives, and we were excited to get started on this 818 build when the proposed the build series idea to us.  The Snap-On team built the 818C in a week with the help of Factory Five’s Tony Zullo, Jon Dean, and Jim Schenck.  Here’s a few photos from when they were here back in February.

The Bostrom’s Mk4 Shines at First Car Show!

“This is a lifetime dream come true for me!” John exclaims as he shares the news of graduating Mk4 Roadster build and attending his first car show with the completed car earlier this month. Jim and Cecily T. Graduate Their Mk4 Roadster!

Congratulations to Jim. and Cecily T. from Heathsville, VA on graduating their Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build! They received their kit in April 2024. “I was in no rush since I planned on enjoying the build just as much as cruising in it.,” said Jim. “Goes back to my old drag racing days in the 70’s.
