This year, the 2019 London Cobra Show will be held on June 20th – 22nd. The world’s largest Cobra gathering has been one of the best events of the year for Cobra fans for 19 years. Every year, Cobra enthusiasts from all over the country gather for a few days of car fun. The main event is on Saturday on Main Street, London, Ohio with a cool awards dinner Saturday night.
At the 2018 London Cobra Show, nine Factory Five customer cars joined the Factory Five display. Emily and Jennifer both have Cystic Fibrosis and are doing well as a direct result of the hard work and fundraising of everyone who attends the annual London Cobra Show.
Most of my team are out east for the Barrett-Jackson Northeast car show, so I will be attending this event myself, and getting help from a great group of customers.
The Factory Five ’35 Hot Rod Truck is designed to be built with a small block Ford or Chevy, 5.0L Coyote, LS, or Hemi engine, but every so often these days, we hear a story about someone going down a different path and building their own custom EV out of our kit. “This is a lifetime dream come true for me!” John exclaims as he shares the news of graduating Mk4 Roadster build and attending his first car show with the completed car earlier this month. Congratulations to Jim. and Cecily T. from Heathsville, VA on graduating their Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build! They received their kit in April 2024. “I was in no rush since I planned on enjoying the build just as much as cruising in it.,” said Jim. “Goes back to my old drag racing days in the 70’s.
