Factory Five at Mass Cruisers Car Show

The Tech Team took some deserved time off yesterday afternoon to head up to the Mass Cruisers car show at Patriot Place.

Jeff, Mike, and Keith were joined by Riley, (from Welding). The weather was perfect at 70 degrees with clear blue skies! The team brought three cars to the cruise. Riley and Jeff took our 25th Anniversary Mk4 running Ford’s mighty 5.2L Aluminator that pumps out 580 hp! Keith took the Blue Type 65 Coupe powered by a stock gen 2 Coyote engine making 420hp. Mike took the 35 Hot Rod Truck also powered by a gen 2 Coyote.

Riley said his drive into Factory Five this morning felt slow after driving the Mk4 last night!

The team was in good company with James Spellman, Mike Everson, and Customer Steve. The great weather made for a great turnout, and a good time.

Another Factory Five customer at the show!

Mark also had the chassis galvanised to…

I made the call to scrub FFR operations for the day. The drive in wasn’t bad, and most roads are clear. Unfortunately our plow crew was late, and the day dawned with 3-4′ drifts in the back parking lot! We will be at work and at full strength tomorrow. Sorry for any difficulties this may cause. Three Generations Embark on a Type 65 Coupe Dream Build

Dave Ryan’s Type 65 Coupe build is moving right along—and it’s become something even bigger along the way. Recently, Dave’s father, Vaun Ryan, sat down to share his lifelong passion for performance cars and motorcycles—sparked as a young boy on the family farm in Utah, building a homemade go-kart powered by a hay-elevator motor. That curiosity for how things work turned into a lifetime of mechanical enthusiasm, passed down through generations and now culminating in Dave’s Type 65 Coupe build, which is a…
