Factory Five Customer Doug G. Visits from Falmouth, ME

Factory Five customer Doug G. drove down all the way from Falmouth, ME to visit us here at the factory. Doug drove down for the weekend to attend the annual Tasca Ford Open House. While a good number of customers are going to Tasca’s party, we are unable to attend as a company. This weekend is also our Factory Five NASA Challenge Series Championship at Mid-Ohio Raceway.

Doug’s car is a Factory Five Mk3.1 Roadster with a lot of custom modifications including this Whitby Motorcars bolt-on hardtop. Doug used a GM metallic blue with bright white stripes. The car is powered by a Keith Craft Racing 408 cu. in. Ford Windsor and Doug had the car dynoed just shy of 430 rwhp. The car also uses the Factory Five 3-link rear suspension and FFR 17″ Halibrand style wheels.

Doug reports the car has about 10,000 miles on it and he built it as a driver, something we love to see.
