Red Factory Five Mk4 Hits the Streets in PA

Gunter and Jeri Calzaferri sent us these nice pictures of their completed Mk4 Roadster. It’s cool to see Mk4 version Factory Fives getting finished and hitting the streets.

Factory Five tech leader Jason Lavigne met Gunter and Jeri at last year’s Carlisle, PA Import and Replicas Nationals.

Gunter’s car is a Mk4 Roadster complete kit. He used a 351W engine with a 3-link rear suspension. Options include the stainless steel side exhaust, 15″ Vintage Halibrand Replica Wheels, and our 11.65″ brake set.

This year’s Carlisle show is scheduled for this weekend (May 20-22). If you’re in the Carlisle, PA are and maybe Gunter and Jeri will be showing off their car (her car).

Congratulations to customer Mark S. on graduating his Mk4 Roadster build! Mark came for a tour of Factory Five in March 2020 to meet Dave Smith and the team. After returning home to the United Kingdom, Mark ordered his Mk4, and it arrived at his garage in February 2021.  Marks good friend, neighbor, and fellow car enthusiast, Stuart H, helpedwith the build which featured a Gen 3 5.0L Coyote, Tremec TKO transmission, 8.8″ solid axle with 3-link rear suspension, 18″ Halibrand wheels, and of course, it had to be in right hand drive. I made the call to scrub FFR operations for the day. The drive in wasn’t bad, and most roads are clear.
