Factory Five Customer Paul S. Visits

Old School Mk2 Done Right and Driven Daily

Factory Five customer Paul Souza brought his red Mk2 driver by the other day and we had a chance to check the car out. Paul has made some nice upgrades to the car including rear 3-link suspension, shock upgrades, and has added some nice details that make the car a very good daily driver.

Cherry red metallic with white stripes is always a winning color combination.

Paul (left) with FFR tech Jason Lavigne (right) uses the old Street Performer seats (which were known to fade) and is thinking about the new Mk4 metal framed Roadster seats.

Remember these? This is the Mustang gauge conversion kit and the old logo center section.

The car has nearly 20,000 miles on the clock.

Paul fashioned a cool license plate bracket for the front end that clamps to the quick jack lower bolt hole. Also note, he also added heat shields on the side exhaust for a bit more usability.
