Factory Five Ups Investment in Build School

The Factory Five Build School has been around for more than a decade, and has taught over 2,000 students how to assemble a Factory Five Roadster, Hot Rod, and now 818 Sports Car. In the final days of 2017, we shipped tons of new parts from Factory Five and from our sponsor companies to give the Build School the latest and greatest parts for their students. Factory Five owner Dave Smith travelled out to the Build School, and worked with their staff to get a wishlist of parts. Tony Zullo delivered everything this past week.

If you have thought about taking the Build School, now is a great time after this huge upgrade!

Engine sponsor BluePrint Engines provided small block Ford and small block Chevy power in as-sold condition.

The Build School now offers classes in the popular Mk4 and ’33 Hot Rod, but also the new 818.

The school now has six suspension demo fixtures that feature every suspension configuration and every single option (such as brake options, shock options, etc.).

Sponsor parts from companies like Wilwood Brakes, Toyo Tires, KONI Shocks, BluePrint Engines, and more fill the parts cage.

Crate engines, new wheels & tires… Merry Christmas at the Build School!

Above & Below: The new parts ensure that Build School students are working on the very latest versions of Factory Five parts.
