FFR Customer Hugo R.’s GTM Featured in Puerto Rico Racing Expo
A Puerto Rican television station featured Hugo’s GTM on a fun road test (in spanish only).
Factory Five customer Huge R. has helped customers in Puerto Rico get their cars on the road. A couple of years ago, we did a post on Hugo reporting three Factory Five’s being registered including two GTMs and an Mk4 Roadster.
Hugo sent us a message today to share how his GTM continues to grab people’s attention. It was recently featured at an Puerto Rico Racing Expo and on the cover of a calendar for the Durex racing team.
“I’ve been having a lot of fun with my GTM this past year,” writes Hugo. “At one event I met the guy that is running part of the ad campaign for the Durex racing team here in Puerto Rico. He invited me to take the car to a photo shoot for a calendar they were putting together in November. The calendar features models with exotic cars to promote the company. I agreed and took the car to the photo shoot. They liked it so much that they ended up picking the car for the front cover as well as for one month!”
Hugo continues, “This past weekend was the Puerto Rico Racing Expo and the Durex racing team had a booth. They contacted me to see if I was willing to take my car to the expo so it could be in their booth. I said I would be there and they made a big banner with a picture of the car and the models. It was definitely the busiest booth in the expo, between the GTM, the calendar models signing and giving away the calendars what else could be expected!”
There were crowds all weekend around Hugo’s white and black GTM.
