Happy July 4th From Factory Five!

We hope everyone enjoys their 4th of July weekend! Factory Five Racing will be closed Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th to celebrate Independence Day.

If you are in New England, we are at the “Cars of Summer” car show at Greenhill Park in Worcester, MA this weekend. The weather looks like it will be perfect for a car show. We have a great line-up of cars with our 289 USRRC Roadster, 20 Year Anniversary Special Edition Mk4 Roadster, Type 65 Coupe, a Hot Rod rolling chassis with our new 2015 IRS. Hope you can come visit us in Worcester!

Donny N. Builds Two Factory Fives

In 2020, customer Donny N. from Georgia started his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build with his wife and kids. 4 years and 3 months later, they started work on their next Factory Five project, a Type 65 Coupe! “My first build was a MK4 Roadster powered by a Coyote Gen 2 with a TKO600, IRS, and Wilwood brakes,” wrote Donny N. “This time, I built a Type 65 Coupe with a Gen 3 Coyote, T56 transmission, IRS, and Wilwood brakes.” Check out this reel of Donny’s two Factory Five builds with his family.

Factory Fives Take 1st & 2nd at Chicago World of Wheels!

Factory Five customers Jason H. and Pat S. were awarded 1st and 2nd Place at the World of Wheels Chicago event this year! Jason shared the news on the Cobra Owners of Illinois (COIL) Facebook group page saying, “Great day for the club!” Jason was also presented another award in addition to earning 1st Place with his Mk4 Roadster. “So something crazy happened last night.
