Join Factory Five's Sally B. for Breakfast in Florida This Thursday

As many of you are aware, our winter up here in New England seemed like it was never going to end. So when the 1st day of Spring finally arrived, we were so ready for warm weather and lots of sunshine. We’ll, we got some sunshine but if the high 50s was all we were going to get then my trip down to the Sunshine State couldn’t have come fast enough.

We’re all excited for the warmer weather. Here’s a shot of the line of Roadsters pulling in to Open House. Sally gets an early taste of warmer weather in a trip to Florida.

So off to The Villages I went (with a huge smile) to visit family and I thought while I was here, I’d love to meet any Factory Five Racing customers that are in the area. As a company, we don’t get many opportunities to travel down south so I’m ready to snap some great photos of customers with their beautiful cars and hear the always entertaining stories that go along with every FFR build. And if okay with everyone I’d like to post the photos and stories on our website to share with the rest of the FFR community.

Mk4 Customers Chris and Wendy D. Visit Factory Five

It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine. Westley B. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Westley installed a Scott Shafiroff 427ci small block Ford in his Type 65 Coupe along with options like hydraulic clutch, IRS, power steering, GPS vintage gauges, low back race vintage race seats, powder coated frame, Wilwood brakes, wipers, A/C-heater, side windows, front and rear sway bars, floormats, seat track, and polished side view mirror. Donny N. Builds Two Factory Fives

In 2020, customer Donny N. from Georgia started his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build with his wife and kids. 4 years and 3 months later, they started work on their next Factory Five project, a Type 65 Coupe! “My first build was a MK4 Roadster powered by a Coyote Gen 2 with a TKO600, IRS, and Wilwood brakes,” wrote Donny N. “This time, I built a Type 65 Coupe with a Gen 3 Coyote, T56 transmission, IRS, and Wilwood brakes.” Check out this reel of Donny’s two Factory Five builds with his family.
