Join FFR's Crew and Customers at Bass Pro This Thursday, 8/21!

The entire Factory Five tech crew is heading up en masse to Patriot Place in Foxboro, MA this Thursday, August 21st for the Summer Bass Pro Cruise-In. The weather forecast looks great with temps in the mid-70s. We’ll have a fleet of Factory Fives there including our red 818S that was at the 2013 SEMA Show and Nate will be driving the ’33 Hot Rod he built. Tech guys Joe, Jay, and Dan will be getting out of school early, and heading up in the Factory Five Mk4 Roadster and Type 65 Coupe. We hope to see you there!

Westley B. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Westley installed a Scott Shafiroff 427ci small block Ford in his Type 65 Coupe along with options like hydraulic clutch, IRS, power steering, GPS vintage gauges, low back race vintage race seats, powder coated frame, Wilwood brakes, wipers, A/C-heater, side windows, front and rear sway bars, floormats, seat track, and polished side view mirror. Donny N. Builds Two Factory Fives

In 2020, customer Donny N. from Georgia started his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build with his wife and kids. 4 years and 3 months later, they started work on their next Factory Five project, a Type 65 Coupe! “My first build was a MK4 Roadster powered by a Coyote Gen 2 with a TKO600, IRS, and Wilwood brakes,” wrote Donny N. “This time, I built a Type 65 Coupe with a Gen 3 Coyote, T56 transmission, IRS, and Wilwood brakes.” Check out this reel of Donny’s two Factory Five builds with his family.
