14th Annual Mustang & Live Music Event Features Tasca Mod Shop Built Factory Five Hot Rod

Join the Factory Five crew as we head over to Tasca Ford for their 14th Annual Mustang and Ford Show in Cranston Rhode Island. The event is set to kick-off at 10 a.m. and goes until 4 p.m.. There will be live music, and tons of custom cars.

There will also be an autograph signing session with John Force, Bob Tasca III, and Tim Wilkerson. The car show will have prizes for 1st and 2nd place and stick around to watch and listen to Bob Tasca III start up his Motorcraft/Quck Lane Funny Car with over 8,000 HP!

Paul H. and his Mk4 Earn 2nd Place at Spokane Speed!

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges. It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine. Westley B. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Westley installed a Scott Shafiroff 427ci small block Ford in his Type 65 Coupe along with options like hydraulic clutch, IRS, power steering, GPS vintage gauges, low back race vintage race seats, powder coated frame, Wilwood brakes, wipers, A/C-heater, side windows, front and rear sway bars, floormats, seat track, and polished side view mirror.
