Expanded Car Show is on Pier Plaza and Main Street!

Two Live Bands Will Be Playing During the Saturday Car Show – The Nomads Surf Band will play on Main Street and The Stevie G Band will play on the Pier Plaza.

Sunday Autocross and Riverside Auto Museum Tour Added

The 6th Annual HB Cruise-In event will be the biggest ever with lots of new surprises. This year we have two live bands – the Fabulous Nomads – Orange County’s oldest surf band will be playing during the Saturday car show on Main Street and The Stevie G Band will be playing on the famous Huntington Beach Pier Plaza.

Along with hundreds of customer cars, we will be displaying newly built Factory Five demo cars and the Factory Five big rig will be on the beach pier plaza.

This year, all are welcome (non-FFR makes are invited, space is limited).  Registration is open for the 6th Annual Huntington Beach Cruise-In Event! Spend a day at the beach with over 100 Factory Fives, music, car show awards, and good times. Register Now! Online registration closes at 5 P.M. EST on April 25th. You may register at the event, but space is not guaranteed.

Saturday Car Show Details

Join us and Factory Five customers on Saturday, April 27th for the 2013 Huntington Beach Cruise-In.

Registration opens at 9 a.m. and the show is from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. The Saturday car show/cruise-in event costs $50 and your entry fee gets you a t-shirt, entry into the car show, eligibility for trophies, and raffle prizes.

9 A.M. – Registration Opens

10 A.M. – Event Begins, band starts playing

10:30 A.M. – Car Show Judging

2:00 P.M. – Car Show Awards and Boring Speech by Dave Smith

4:00 P.M. – Event Concludes*
*Note: All vehicles must leave the pier plaza by 8:00 P.M. Parking lot is open until 10:00 P.M.

Sunday Autocross and Riverside Auto Museum Tour Added

New this year is a Sunday event for those of you who want to make this weekend more fun.  Sunday begins with a tour of the famous Riverside Auto Museum from 10:00 am – 11:00 pm followed by an autocross event from 12 pm – 6 pm at Adams Motorsports Park and the cost is only $60 for the entire day.

If you register for both the Saturday car show and the Sunday museum tour/autocross, the cost is $99! To register for the event, click here.

The Fabulous Nomads surf band will play again during the cruise-in event! The name Nomads is synonymous with waves, sunshine, music, and fun. The Fabulous Nomads, Orange County’s oldest surf band, were instrumental in keeping surf music alive and popular during the 80’s until its complete resurrection in the 90’s.

Congratulations to Dave E. on graduating his ’33 Hot Rod build! After being a fan of Factory Five for a number of years, and dreaming of a Roadster project, Dave shifted gears once he laid eyes on a FFR ’33 Hot Rod at the build school at Mott Community College. Charlie D. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe!

Customer Charlie D. started his Coupe build in Spring 2018, and by the end of the year, he had his first start and was soon go-carting around the neighborhood. Over the next year, he worked on fitting the body. He had to hit pause on the build for several years due to focus on some other projects.
