During the next few months, we have some fun events on the schedule.

Route 6 Cruise – October 6th, Bourne Railroad Station along Route 6
2012 SEMA Show – October 30 – November 2, Las Vegas, NV
SEMA Customer Dinner – November 1, Las Vegas
25 Hours of Thunderhill – December 8-9, Thunderhill Raceway, CA

Route 6 Cruise:
Here in New England, we are sponsoring the first ever Route 6 Historic Cruise to be held of October 6th, 2012. The event is hosted by Mass Auto Club and click here for more information. Factory Five Racing will host a rest stop at the Bourne Bridge Railroad Station along the way from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Saturday morning. The cruise is open to everyone and goes from Providence, RI all the way to Provincetown at the end of Cape Cod.

2012 SEMA Customer Dinner:
Even though SEMA is not open to the public, many customers do affiliated with the auto industry do attend and Factory Forum Member Erik Hansen is coordinating a customer dinner for Thursday night, November 1st which is open to all Factory Five customers. 25 Hours of Thunderhill:
Two Factory Five customer teams head to Thunderhill this year to compete in the grueling 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance road race.

Factory Five customer Ed Boothman is campaigning a Factory Five Challenge Car and customer Rich Migliori and his team PDG return to campaign their very successful GTM Supercar. This event is usually attended by some hardcore Factory Five customers and all hands are welcome. Click here to visit NASA’s website for more information on the race.

Paul H. and his Mk4 Earn 2nd Place at Spokane Speed!

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges. It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine.
