Look What’s Inside Customer John T.’s Cool Trailer

Factory Five customer John Tongish stopped by the other day for a visit.  His visit is notable for a few reasons.  First of all, John is from CALIFORNIA (!), and he drove cross-country with his screaming yellow zonkers Factory Five Roadster.

Secondly, John has done this summer trip more than once as he came by last year at this time after running his car at tracks like Road America at Elkhart Lake, WI, Road Atlanta and Lime Rock Raceway.

Third, John has one of the coolest trailers around.  His daughter did the graphics for the tail end of his converted aluminum snow mobile trailer which now carries his Factory Five Mk3 Roadster.  The tail lights one the graphics work for brake lights and turn signals (very cool).

Factory Five President Dave Smith gave John and his friend Ira a tour of the plant, and a close-up look at the new Factory Five 818.

John’s buddy Ira is a composites/molding expert, and he was impressed with our glass work and thought the new laser cutting machine was cool.

Summer time at Factory Five is a GREAT time where a lot of people take the time to visit, and we get a chance to catch up with customers from all around the United States and the world.  Thanks for your support, John, for your leadership in the SoCal customer group, and for your friendship.
