Street Rodder Road Tour Takes a Pit Stop at Factory Five

Jerry Dixey and the Street Rodder Road Tour came to Factory Five this afternoon for a tour of the factory. Among the 25 cars in attendance, 12 are making the long haul and going to each of the stops along the week long tour that ends at the Right Coast Nationals in Syracuse.

Factory Five President Dave Smith took everyone for through the shop which included a look at the welding and molding shop as well as seeing how the kits are prepped for shipping in chassis assembly.

Several Factory Five customers came by with a few Roadsters and a GTM. Factory Five Director of Engineering Jesper Ingerslev also has his Coyote powered ’33 Hot Rod outside for the crowd of people to check out.

This was the third year that the Street Rodder Road Tour came by Factory Five Racing on their trip and it was a fun way to spend the afternoon.

Street Rodder’s Jerry Dixey tells a fun Factory Five story before the tour began.
