The Countdown to Our 30th Anniversary Open House Begins!

Join Us on June 7th, 2025 for our Annual Open House Celebrating Factory Five’s 30th Anniversary!

The event will be held at Factory Five’s headquarters in Wareham, MA from 9 am to 1 pm. The team is working on putting the final details together, but the format will be similar to previous Open Houses including the Car Show & Awards, Factory Tours, Scratch & Dent Sale, merch sales, and plenty of hot dogs. 9:00 am – Merch and Scratch & Dent Parts Sale Opens
10:00 am – Food/Refreshments Available
10:00 am – Car Show Judging Begins
11:00 am – Factory Tour
12:00 pm – Car Show Awards Presentation
12:15 pm – Robert Fedderson Memorial Award Presentation
1:00 pm – Open House Ends

For accommodations we recommend TownePlace Suites at 50 Rosebrook Place, Wareham, MA or Hampton Inn New Bedford/Fairhaven at 1 Hampton Way, Fairhaven, MA.

Regarding regular parking, we recommend Wareham Crossing. Factory Five will have shuttle buses for attendees who park in this area.

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges. It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine. Westley B. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Westley installed a Scott Shafiroff 427ci small block Ford in his Type 65 Coupe along with options like hydraulic clutch, IRS, power steering, GPS vintage gauges, low back race vintage race seats, powder coated frame, Wilwood brakes, wipers, A/C-heater, side windows, front and rear sway bars, floormats, seat track, and polished side view mirror.
