During season two of “Car Warriors” on Speed Channel, two teams of Factory Five customers built side-by-side ’33 Hot Rods. What made the Factory Five episode special was that the teams donated the winning car to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of Jenny Smith who is the daughter of Factory Five owner Dave Smith.

Following the show, the car was shipped from southern California to Wareham, MA where it was recently sold to Massachusetts customer Kris O. and the money raised by the sale of this car was donated 100% to the CF Foundation.

The car was assembled by a great team of customers who had previously built their own Factory Fives. The car is build to a high degree of fit and finish and the parts total close to $36,000 without paint. The car comes with full digital high-res studio photos, a copy of the episode, two sets of keys, certificate of origin, and receipt. We are selling the car as an unregistered vehicle (comes with Certificate of Origin and receipt for parts) and will require registration in the home state of the new owner.

The car sold for $30,000 and a private foundation donated matching funds to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
