Factory Five Sends Our Thanks to USMC and US Armed Forces!

Ron Everitt is a good friend of mine and has built numerous Factory Fives from his shop in Shrewsbury, MA. Ron’s son, Ron Jr., is serving in Afghanistan with US Marine Corps Combat Logistics Company Regiment Two, 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force. Ron Jr’s crew are all car guys and asked if they could get a Factory Five banner to put up. Everyone at Factory Five signed it and we sent it off with our sincere thanks.

The other day we received this e-mail from Ron Jr. showing his Marine Company flying the flag with one of the largest items they work on.

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Donny N. Builds Two Factory Fives

In 2020, customer Donny N. from Georgia started his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build with his wife and kids. 4 years and 3 months later, they started work on their next Factory Five project, a Type 65 Coupe! “My first build was a MK4 Roadster powered by a Coyote Gen 2 with a TKO600, IRS, and Wilwood brakes,” wrote Donny N. “This time, I built a Type 65 Coupe with a Gen 3 Coyote, T56 transmission, IRS, and Wilwood brakes.” Check out this reel of Donny’s two Factory Five builds with his family.
