“Creative Uses for Spare Corvette Parts” – Vette Magazine

 

Veteran industry writer Steve Temple visited Factory Five and photographed customer Bill F.’s beautiful twin turbo GTM for “Vette Magazine”.  Bill’s car was built by the crew at SKJ Customs in St. George, UT, and to our knowledge, it is the highest horsepower GTM ever built.

Bill’s GTM headlined the Factory Five booth at the 2011 SEMA Show.  “Vette Magazine” profiled Bill’s car as part of an article about creative ways to use spare Corvette parts.

Bill’s beautiful twin-turbo LS built by Nelson Racing Engines is as about as exotic as they come.  The car is on YouTube pulling over 1,100 HP!

The interior by SKJ is beautiful.  A combination of hand-turned aluminum, custom hand-stitched leather, and flawless fit and finish.

Peter D. Graduates Mk5 Build for Son Scott’s Wedding

Factory Five customer Peter D. from Pfafftown, NC and his son Scott started to put thier Mk5 Roadster plans together early in Fall 2025. The submitted their order in mid-October 2025 with the kit arriving in mid-December.
