Customer Mike C. Graduates his Mk4 Roadster!

After seeing the originals in 1965, customer Mike C. from Rochester, MI has wanted to build his own Roadster. The time finally came in 2015 which happened also be his 50th birthday, and Mike placed his order for a Factory Five Mk4 Roadster.

Mike received his kit in November 2015, and the build was going great, until life got in the way causing him to put the build on hold. A couple of years went by, and Mike was able to resume his build. He is proud to share that he has graduated his Roadster build as of April 2021!

Mike built his Mk4 Roadster with a small block V8 bored and stroked to 331 C.I. putting out 362 HP, TKO 500 transmission, and IRS.

“The car drives great!” wrote Mike, “it is so much easier to drive and way more comfortable than I would ever have believed. I love this car!”
