Customer Phil Beadnell from Arizona Graduates FFR Mk4 Roadster Build!

Congratulations to Phil Beadnell from Arizona on graduating his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster. Build started September 2020, completed and registered January 2022. An advocate for the Factory Five Forum, he gives thanks to those on the forum and says, “it is a really great source of knowledge. I always found it reassuring to know that whenever I ran into a roadblock, there were always others out there who had the solutions.” Phil built his Mk4 with BluePrint Engines 306CI Crate Engine, 15” Halibrand wheels, heater, power steering, 3-link suspension, front sway bar, a fully sound and heat insulated interior, and much more. The paint is Ford Viking Blue and Stripes are Toyota White. More details on his build specs below.

From Track to Street: Ben F.’s Factory Five Challenge Car

For five years, Factory Five customer Ed Boothman and his team competed in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill in a modified Challenge Car. After the 2012 event, the car was retired, and eventually sold by Ed.
